Christi is my right hand (wo)man, and she will begin working on your loan when we have your completed loan package. She will make sure we have all of the necessary documentation and she will verify your income, assets, employment, and rental or mortgage history. After all verifications are completed and all documentation has been received, Kelly will submit your loan to underwriting.
